The New Zealand women's K4 have a healthy appetite ahead of this week's canoe sprint World Championships in Hungary

The New Zealand women's K4 have a healthy appetite ahead of this week's canoe sprint World Championships in Hungary

The boat of Lisa Carrington, Aimee Fisher, Kayla Imrie and Caitlin Ryan will be looking to dethrone the hosts who have won the 500 metres discipline for the past two years.

New Zealand finished third in 2017 and second last year.

Coach Gordon Walker says the quartet continue to improve.

Racing starts tonight with the smaller boats.
