A squad of 17 will contest the third round of the six-stop World Cup circuit in Hong Kong from November 29 to December 1.
The event's the final international qualifying series to earn points for the Tokyo Olympics.
Keirin rider Callum Saunders makes his World Cup debut as does junior team pursuit world champion Corbin Strong.
The women's endurance squad brings together five riders with the eldest 23-year-old Jessie Hodges - she's joined by Michaela Drummond, Nicole Shields, Emily Shearman and Ally Wollaston.
