The People is what Steve Hansen will miss most as All Blacks coach

People - That's what Steve Hansen will miss most as All Blacks head coach.

The 60-year-old left his post after this year's Rugby World Cup, and will soon take up a role with Toyota Verblitz in the Japanese Top League as an advisor.

Hansen says the job has created some life long friendships.
