Kiwi skier Alice Robinson caps preparation for world cup slalom in France by beating double Olympic men's champion

Kiwi skier Alice Robinson has capped off her preparation for tomorrow night's world cup giant slalom in France by beating a double Olympic men's champion in training

While Austrian Matthias Mayer isn't a giant slalom specialist, he is the reigning Olympic Super G champion and he won downhill gold in Sochi in 2014.

Robinson, who posted quicker times in some splits, says Mayer had some obvious advantages being much bigger than her.
