People who saw a film at a particular session in Rotorua last Friday afternoon, should be looking for early measles symptoms from today

Those who were at Jumangi: The Next Level at 3.15 at the Reading Cinema, should contact their doctor if they have a fever, red eyes or a runny nose.
These symptoms are followed by a red rash.
Bay of Plenty and Lakes area Medical Officer of Health, Dr Neil de Wet says if anyone was at the screening and are not immunised - they should call their doctor immediately.
He says it's good to call ahead so your doctor can make plans to examine you without the possibility of infecting people in the waiting room.
