Ben Lam wants to keep things physical

The Hurricanes wing scored two tries in his side's 38-22 Super Rugby win over the Sharks.

Lam has found himself on the outside looking in when it comes to All Blacks selection, and says he's always working to get better.

The Chiefs remain the New Zealand conference pace setters after a 43-17 win over the Sunwolves in Tokyo.

The Highlanders have scored at the death to beat the Brumbies 23-22 in Canberra.
