    The Liverpool juggernaut rolls on

    The Liverpool juggernaut rolls on

Jurgen Klopp's side have come from behind to beat West Ham 3-2 at Anfield and surge 22 points clear of Manchester City at the top of the English Premier League.

12 more points from their remaining 11 games will secure a first title in 30 years for the Merseysiders.

It's the 13th time this season Liverpool have won by a single goal and Klopp says they had to grind it out.
