New Zealand sprint coach Rene Wolff admits there's instability in the women's sprint programme after a difficult outing at the track cycling world championships in Berlin

New Zealand sprint coach Rene Wolff admits there's instability in the women's sprint programme after a difficult outing at the track cycling world championships in Berlin

The pair of Natasha Hansen and Olivia Podmore have failed to make it out of qualifying and finished 10th, while missing out on Olympic qualification as well.

Wolff says if they'd produced one of their better rides they would've been in the mix.

The men's team of Eddie Dawkins, Ethan Mitchell and Sam Webster have missed out on the medals.
