The Wellington City Council is holding an emergency meeting tomorrow over Covid-19

The Wellington City Council is holding an emergency meeting tomorrow over Covid-19

A council spokesman says the agenda will centre around a report on how meetings can be run when elected members are in self isolation.

The council's leadership team and senior staff have spent the weekend planning meetings and providing staff updates.

Work is also underway to look at remodelling the council's 2020-21 Annual plan, which is likely to include a rethink of a proposed 9.2 percent rates rise.
