Wellington Phoenix footballer Tim Payne is ready to face the consequences for his massive error in judgement

Wellington Phoenix footballer Tim Payne is ready to face the consequences for his massive error in judgement

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The midfielder has fronted on Radio Sport to apologise for an incident in the early hours of Tuesday morning in Sydney, in which he and team mate Oliver Sail took a golf cart for a joyride

The pair broke their coronavirus quarantine in doing so, though Sail has not been accused of any wrong doing.

The International Olympic committee is in hot water, after being accused of irresponsibility in regards to a qualifying event in London.

Two Turkish boxers and a trainer caught coronavirus during the European qualifying tournament this month.

London's Copper Box Arena hosted the official event, featuring boxers from 40 nations.

Former Team New Zealand tactician Brad Butterworth has sympathy for the position his old syndicate's stuck in.

The America's Cup defending champion's boat is en-route to Europe for the scheduled World Series events in Italy and England.

However with those now cancelled, it leaves the Auld Mug holders without their AC75 for at least three months.
