    Wellington's Willis Street is reopening .... with a working wastewater pipe


    The original tunnel collapsed in December and was replaced with a temporary overland pipe.

    Wellington Water Group Manager Tonia Haskell says contractors have completed work that would normally take at least 12 months of planning in three months.
