    A break after the 2016 Olympics has proven an accidental masterstroke for single sculler Emma Twigg


    The kiwi took two years off following the Games before jumping back in the boat, and was on track to make the team for the 2020 Tokyo Games before they were postponed.

    Twigg says with the Olympics now in 2021, she's grateful she took the two years off.
