    Tottenham have beaten Everton 1-nil in their English Premier League football match in London


    The winner was an own-goal from Everton defender Michael Keane after 24 minutes.

    The win lifts Spurs to eighth on the table, one point behind north London rivals Arsenal with five games to play.

    Everton drop to 11th.
