A Green Party MP says it's the government's responsibility to ensure voters make informed decisions, including prisoners

Voting rights were reinstated for prisoners serving three years or less after a law change last month.
Golriz Ghahraman , who helped lead the change, says the next step is making sure prisoners cast informed votes.
But she says it's a wider issue affecting other disenfranchised groups - like low socio economic and health and mentally disabled communities.
Ghahraman says everyone needs to be able to have access to reliable information that can help them decide who they vote for.
