Liverpool have celebrated receiving the Premier League trophy with a 5-3 win over Chelsea at Anfield

The Reds have been presented the silverware after their final home game of the season.



But the defeat leaves Chelsea's top four place in doubt.

If the Blues lose to Wolves on Monday morning, both Manchester United and Leicester could qualify for next season's Champions League at their expense.

Earlier United kept their top four destiny in their own hands after a one-all draw with West Ham.



Meanwhile West Bromwich Albion have won promotion back to the top flight after a 2-all draw at home to Queens Park Rangers.

Rivals Brentford blew their chance by losing 2-1 to Barnsley who climbed out of the relegation zone with a last-minute winner.

A win for Brentford would have sent them into the top division for the first time since 1947 - they'll now move into a play-off.
