    A man's due in court today, charged with murder in relation to a hit and run in Christchurch

    A man's due in court today, charged with murder in relation to a hit and run in Christchurch


    Emergency services were called to the suburb of Parklands just after 8.30 yesterday morning.

    Detective Inspector Michael Ford says a man died after allegedly being struck by a car which then drove off.

    A 41-year-old man will appear in the Christchurch District Court today.

    Police aren't seeking anyone else in relation to the incident.
