    Tomorrow will be the true test for Sam Whitelock to prove he's over the headaches that kept him out of the second Bledisloe Cup test


    The veteran All Blacks lock sat out the match at Eden Park, but says he's training fully ahead of the third match in Sydney this week.

    Whitelock says the first contact session of the week will be vital.
