    Police will be running a firearms buy-back from the beginning of February

    Police will be running a firearms buy-back from the beginning of February


    It aims to collect newly prohibited firearms - including pistol carbine conversion kits, and associated parts - as per new regulations which take effect on February 1st.

    The three-month buy-back will be carried out at Police stations by appointment.

    Applications for compensation can be made when items are handed over.
