    Lydia Ko's back to number 20 in the women's golf rankings, the highest she's risen in 20 months


    The former number one has climbed nine spots after finishing tied for second in her season-opening LPGA tournament.

    She tees off again on Friday in the first round of the Drive On Championship in Florida.
