    A burned out car and the body found inside it has now been removed from Barry Curtis Park in east Auckland


    Police inquiries are continuing after Emergency services were sent to the scene in Flatbush just after 8 last night.

    Late this afternoon, the site was blessed, and the public are now allowed back into the area.

    Police are still working to identify the victim, whose body will undergo a post mortem examination tomorrow.
