Blair Tuke is refreshed and ready to get back into sailing after Team New Zealand's America's Cup victory

It's been a big week of celebration for Tuke and his team.

The flight controller admits he had to escape home to Kerikeri for a couple of days for some R&R.

Tuke's now fully focused on preparing for the second SailGP season and the Tokyo Olympics in the 49er class with Peter Burling.
