Wellington Phoenix coach Ufuk Talay's insists his side remains a shot of making the A-League finals

The 'Nix face Western United in Wollongong tonight, desperately in need of a win.

Wellington languish in tenth on the ladder and have just ten games to make a late surge for the playoffs.

Talay says Western United, who sit two places above the Phoenix, will be a good challenge.

Kick off's at five past nine.
