    The Vegas Golden Knights have beaten Montreal Canadiens 4-1 in the opening game of their Stanley Cup ice hockey semi final series


    The winner of the best of seven game series will meet either the New York Islanders or Tampa Bay Lightning for the Stanley Cup.

    The Islanders lead that series one nil with game two underway.
