    It's not only our main cities which are being impacted by the red hot property market


    CoreLogic's released its mid-year review, which shows an increase in house values right across the country.

    Manunui, on the outskirts of Taumarunui, saw median values rise by more than 51-percent in the past year.

    Chief Property Economist Kelvin Davidson says there are two main reasons for the nationwide increase.

    He says things like low mortgage rates are pushing up house prices, along with a lack of listings.
