    At least five people have died and 39 injured in a Honduras high-security prison brawl


    Inmates and guards have both been caught up in a three-hour fight between gang members.

    Live ammunition and a grenade were used when members of one gang entered their rival's side of the prison.

    Thirteen of those injured are in a serious condition.
