Claims our public toilets aren't up to snuff to deal with the pandemic

New Otago University research shows 15 percent of public toilets have no soap, 2.5 percent have no water and 72 percent have no health related signs.
The findings are published in today's New Zealand Medical Journal.
Health experts say the numbers should be 100 percent with how important hand washing is in beating the pandemic.
Professor of Public Health Nick Wilson says we are improving.
He says a survey done eight years ago found 39 percent didn't have soap.
