Police are ruling out foul play at this stage for 17-year-old Caitlin Blanch, who's been missing from her Otago home since Tuesday

Police are ruling out foul play at this stage for 17-year-old Caitlin Blanch, who's been missing from her Otago home since Tuesday

The Clyde teenager was last seen hopping off the school bus around 8am.

Police and Land SAR volunteers have suspended the search, but continue to make inquires.

A family spokesperson says they want to hear from anyone who might've seen her and just want to know she's safe.

Police believe she could be in the greater Otago area or beyond.

Caitlin is of medium build, 175 centimetres tall, and is believed to be wearing a black jacket, black jeans, black boots and a dark green jersey.
