A man who threatened to car bomb two Christchurch mosques on the second anniversary of the March 15 terror attacks has lost his bid for continued name suppression

The 27-year-old has indicated he'll appeal the decision - and has been given until 5pm, Monday to file the application
In the meantime, his name cannot be released.
The man is charged with threatening to kill people at the Al Noor and Linwood mosques.
