It seems sunny weather in Auckland is causing some to break Covid-19 lockdown rules

It seems sunny weather in Auckland is causing some to break Covid-19 lockdown rules

Police say that while most are following orders, the Tamaki Drive and Mission Bay areas have been particularly busy.

Four people from Otahuhu were given infringement notice after being seen fishing together at Mission Bay.

Meanwhile a pair have been arrested for breaching Auckland's southern Covid-19 border using false documents.

Police received information about their presence in Taupo and they were caught and sent back to Auckland.

They have been ordered to appear in court.
