    Big changes are on the horizon for Wellington's CBD


    Wellington City Council is this week considering whether to transform the Michael Fowler Centre carpark into a multi-level building.

    It would house a National Music Centre as well as retail and hospitality shops.

    Wellington City Council, Victoria University and property developer Willis Bond are looking to work together on the building.

    Mayor Andy Foster says they're aiming to reinvigorate the area with the build.
