National's South Island caucus is no clearer on why the South Island is remaining under tight restrictions

She says that letter's been referred to COVID-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins - and they're still awaiting answers.

Pugh says the opposition hasn't been privy to information the Prime Minister is using - and has been asked to trust the decisions she is making.
