    Calls to corporate sponsors have gone unanswered as the Wellington Phoenix look to finance their new women's team


    The Kiwi-based squad members head across the ditch next week to continue preparations for their debut A-League season.

    General manager David Dome says it's disappointing those who talked the talk earlier in the piece haven't walked the walk.



    The women's squad is still without a jersey sponsor.
