Isa Nacewa expects to see an immediate impact for Pacific Island nations following World Rugby's vote to change eligibility rules

From next year international players will be able to transfer once from one union to another following a three year stand-down.
Nacewa - who as a player failed repeatedly in bids to switch from Fiji to New Zealand - says the likes of Charles Piutau and Vaea Fifita will be able to play for Tonga at the 2023 World Cup, and there are many more.
