There's disappointment with how the National Party's going from a former party stalwart

There's disappointment with how the National Party's going from a former party stalwart

Jim Bolger says he's appalled at National's performance in the election and rancorous events in recent days, including last week's leadership spill and the end of Judith Collins' leadership.

The former Prime Minister says the party needs a visionary leader who can articulate new ideas.

He also says National's next leader must have the capacity to work with others, especially as coalitions are the norm in New Zealand.
