    Three outside backs and a loose forward are up for All Black of the year at the New Zealand Rugby Awards which will be held virtually on December 16


    Will Jordan, Jordie Barrett, Rieko Ioane and Ardie Savea are in the running for the gong.

    Captain Les Elder, Kennedy Simon and Liana Mikaele-Tu'u are nominated for Black Fern of the year.

    Scott Robertson, Neil Barnes, Ross Filipo and James Semple on the short list for coach of the year for their respective provincial and franchise teams, with national team coaches fighting it out for another award.

    The Crusaders, South Canterbury and Waikato's men's and women's NPC sides are up for the team prize.
