Patrizio Bertelli's love affair with the America's Cup continues

Patrizio Bertelli's love affair with the America's Cup continues

The Italian billionaire's Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team has confirmed it will be back for another crack at the Auld Mug in 2024.

Skipper and CEO Max Sirena told a gathering at the syndicate's book launch that they have sent the notice of challenge.

Luna Rossa lost the Cup match to Team New Zealand in March.

Earlier this week Newstalk ZB and the Herald broke the news Swiss syndicate Alinghi are back after an 11 years absence while Team New Zealand say they have received several entries.
