    Men's favourite Daniil Medvedev has opened his Australian tennis Open campaign with a victory over Swiss player Henri Laaksonen


    The Russian second seed won the opening sets 6-1, 6-4, and clinched the match in a third set tiebreaker.

    He says on Sky Sport he's hungry to better his runner up status from 2021.
