It's fair to say one of New Zealand's top runners has kept himself in good nick throughout his career

It's fair to say one of New Zealand's top runners has kept himself in good nick throughout his career

Nick Willis has broken the four minute mark for the mile for the 20th consecutive year at the indoor Millrose Track and Field Games in New York.

The 38-year-old crossed the finish line in three minutes and 59 seconds.

Willis says although he's thrilled with the achievement, he's slightly disappointed as he cut it rather fine...

He first broke the sub four minute mile in Notre Dame in February 2003.
