Isaiah Papali'i is being linked with a return to the Warriors, if he backflips on his three-year deal to join the Wests Tigers

Isaiah Papali'i is being linked with a return to the Warriors, if he backflips on his three-year deal to join the Wests Tigers

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The former Warriors forward has been at the centre of speculation that he plans to quit his Tigers deal which starts next year and stay at his current club Parramatta.

Papali'i refused to hose down the speculation this week and now the Sydney Morning Herald says Papali'i is keen to return to New Zealand where his partner still lives.

Papali'i has turned into one of the NRL's best forwards since joining the Eels after departing the Warriors at the end of 2020, named 2021 Dally M Second Rower of the Year.
