    Two New Zealand 49er crews are in medal contention at the world championships in Nova Scotia


    Logan Dunning Beck and Oscar Gunn have moved up to fourth after 11 of 19 fleet races with Isaac McHardie and William McKenzie just behind them in fifth.

    Alex Maloney and Olivia Hobbs are the best of the New Zealand 49er FX crews in 6th overall with Jo Aleh and Molly Meech 10th.

    The Nacra 17 duo of Erica Dawson and Micah Wilkinson are 6th with four fleet races remaining.
