    Cyclist Dion Smith is preparing for a third Tour de France, and is expected to play an important role for his team when the race starts in Bilbao on Saturday night


    The 30-year-old will compete for Intermarché-Circus-Wanty across the three-week race.

    He's described himself as the "middleman" for his team.
