    A belief the University of Otago can save almost four-million-dollars, by not filling vacant positions


    It's been trying to shave about 60 million dollars off the budget, as enrolments continue to fall.

    In a financial report tabled last week, chief financial officer Brian Trott says reviewing vacant staff positions has been a particular focus.
