    World tennis number three Coco Gauff has arrived in Auckland and begun preparations for the defence of her ASB Classic title


    The US Open champion is spending the afternoon with local juniors at Te Atatu Tennis Club before fronting media for the first time tomorrow.

    Tournament director Nicolas Lamperin says Gauff's coming off an unbelievable 2023, which started with her ASB Classic title in Auckland.
