    Two people have been arrested and a gun has been found after a chase in Lower Hutt this afternoon


    Police say a vehicle failed to stop when signalled in Stokes Valley, and was spiked driving towards Moera.

    The vehicle was abandoned - and one occupant allegedly ran off carrying a firearm.

    It's believed one occupant then stole a truck, before being apprehended.
