    A historic night in the NBA for two of the league's top big men


    Reigning MVP Joel Embiid scored a career-high 70 points in the Philadelphia 76ers' win over the San Antonio Spurs.

    Meanwhile, Karl-Anthony Towns also put up a new personal high of 62 points during the Minnesota Timberwolves' loss to the Charlotte Hornets.

    It's the fourth time in NBA history - and first since 1978 - that multiple players have recorded 60-plus points on the same night.
