An Auckland agent advertised the car park for rent on social media for 90-dollars a week.
But, it also listed a 'move-in cost' of 450-dollars, being $270 plus 2 weeks' rent.
Harcourts Three Kings says the agent is leasing the car park in a 'private arrangement' with the apartment owners, and had nothing to do with the agency.
Bond payments are typically expected when renting a home, not a car park.
