New Zealand are 40 for one, chasing 267 for victory heading into the fourth day of the second cricket test against South Africa in Hamilton

New Zealand are 40 for one, chasing 267 for victory heading into the fourth day of the second cricket test against South Africa in Hamilton

The Black Caps fought back, chiefly through Will O'Rourke, who secured the best bowling match figures by a New Zealander on debut.

His nine for 93 overtakes Mark Craig's eight for 188 against the West Indies at Kingston in 2014.

That's helped dismiss the Proteas for 235 - they lost their last six wickets for 33 runs.

A maiden David Bedingham century, finishing with 110, has them in charge.

Devon Conway succumbed lbw to Dane Piedt for 17 to complete the day.
