A warning about scams related to this week's upcoming Polyfest in Auckland

A warning about scams related to this week's upcoming Polyfest in Auckland

ASB is warning about scammers creating fake social media profiles, with Polyfest logos and branding, which they're using to sell tickets and live streaming links.

The bank is encouraging people to be vigilant and to contact them if they think they've been scammed.

ASB says legitimate tickets to Polyfest cost between $7.50 and $10 each, and will only be sold on the iTICKET NZ site.

The livestream will be free on the Polyfest website from Wednesday, when the event starts and runs through to Saturday.
