A valiant Warriors comeback has fallen short...beaten 27-24 by the former bottom-of-the-table Gold Coast in their Anzac Day NRL encounter at Mt Smart

The Warriors scored the opening two tries, but the Titans stormed back to lead 19 points to 12 at halftime.

After stretching that lead to 27-12, the previously-winless Titans saw the Warriors score the next 12 points...but a match-winner eluded the Wahs, who could fall from 11th place on the ladder depending on other results this weekend.
