    Pain at the pump for motorists


    The average price of 91 has already gone up 26 cents a litre so far this year.

    Economist, Cameron Bagrie says international factors are contributing -- including supply issues stemming from Russia, demand, and the global economy.

    He says the other variable is the New Zealand dollar, which has gone down about five-percent since the year began.
